Explorations into the Expanded Clay Aggregate Concrete Bricks Strength Properties

This experiment aims to examine the strength characteristics of structural light weight concrete generated by substituting aggregates like Cinder (class-F) and ECA for coarse aggregate in M30 grade concrete. Lightweight is created from cinder ECA, with cement substituted at 40%, 50%, 60%, 100%. The mix design project 1:1.24:0.63. Using aforementioned percentage, we cast 15 brick specimens measuring 0.61x0.20x0.10m cylindrical moulds 0.15x0.3m. a whole 7,14,28 days. Concrete that lighter 25% 35% has same as heavier weight.
